The same vet every visit

I know your pet and you feel understood. 

Two Health Checks a Year

An annual visit with me with a clinical exam and booster. Six months later a home check with our veterinary nurse. Both at your home on your schedule.

WhatsApp during working hours

Message me directly Monday to Friday. Quick answers for your concerns. Peace of mind, reassurance or a booked visit depending on what it is. 

Bespoke parasite prevention

Tailored to your pet's lifestyle: where you walk, who else is in the household, whether they swim. Products supplied at member prices, typically 30-40% below retail. Aligned with the British Veterinary Association's guidance on thoughtful, targeted treatment.

Out-of-hours cover

Members have an established referral relationship with a local veterinary hospital with a dedicated night team. When something happens at 11pm, you are covered.

Annual planning conversation

Once a year we sit down properly and look at the year ahead. Travel? A senior pet? Anything on your mind?

Proactive reminders

Vaccines, parasite treatments, age-related checks. We send reminders to your phone.

20% off everything else

Animal Health Certificates, acupuncture, additional consultations, in-home end-of-life care.

£59 / month includes 1 pet

£45 / month for each additional pet in the same household

Monthly direct debit. 3-month minimum, 30 days notice to cancel after that.

About Us

Head Vet and Founder Mary-Anne Frank BVSc CertSAM MRCVS started Woza in 2026 with a simple intention: to bring genuinely caring, accessible veterinary support to pets and the people who love them.

Mary-Anne is known for her “can-do” attitude, her practical approach, and her heartfelt commitment to giving every animal the very best care she can. She has worked across a wide range of small-animal and mixed practices and has over 20 years experience. She’s continually exploring how to deliver veterinary care in ways that truly support each pet’s wellbeing.

When she’s not caring for animals, Mary-Anne tends to her bees and runs a software business that helps vets with export certification - always finding new ways to contribute to the profession she loves.

Is this insurance?

No, pet insurance covers illness and injury. This covers routine care.

What happens out of hours?

If you need any advice or a vet out of hours, as a Woza Club member you can contact Wood Veterinary Group in Longlevens, Gloucester.

Can I cancel?

When you sign up you are committing to 3-months after which you may cancel with 30 days notice.

What if I have multiple pets?

£45 / month for each additional pet in the same household. If you have a large pet family we can discuss a bespoke plan.

Do you take on pets with ongoing conditions?

Yes we do, speak to us to discuss what your pet needs so we can create a plan around them

What if I move out of the area?

You can cancel your plan with 30 days notice. We are building a network of mobile veterinary care providers around the UK so speak to us about your plans and we may be able to set you up with your next vet.

Can I add a new pet to my membership mid-year?

We'll arrange a welcome visit for the new pet and add them to your direct debit at the additional-pet rate.
